On March 19th, 2026, the DataGEMS project hosted an enlightening webinar led by Elli Papadopoulou, member of OpenAIRE and ARGOS Product Manager. Elli introduced ARGOS to the DataGEMS partners. ARGOS is an open, configurable, and extensible tool that supports research management activities around outputs such as data and software. Built on OpenDMP, it simplifies the management, validation, monitoring, and maintenance of Output Management Plans (OMPs), including Data Management Plans (DMPs) and Software Management Plans (SMPs). As the first service connected to the OpenAIRE Graph, ARGOS applies FAIR principles to enhance and streamline research planning processes. Through this webinar, DataGEMS strengthened its links and liaisons with OpenAIRE inside the ecosystem of openness and fairness.
