DataGEMS at the 31st edition of PubhD

On the evening of October 15, DataGEMS took part in the 31st edition of PubhD in Bragança, an event that brings researchers together in a pub to share their research with the local community in an informal and engaging environment.
This edition featured Manuel Bacallado, a PhD student at the University of La Laguna, who is currently undertaking a research mobility stay in Bragança with the MathE team. Manuel is contributing to the DataGEMS project, exploring the use of Large Language Models in educational contexts, with a particular focus on the MathE platform.
During the event, he delivered his talk, Design and Evaluation of Generative AI Architectures Based on Edge Devices in Academic Contexts.
